Sleeps-on-Duty

Sleeps-on-Duty is an Argonian commoner who lives aboard the Night's Scream, a ship moored off the coast near Anvil Bay. He has a disorder that causes him to sleep for 18 hours a day.

True to his name, Sleeps-on-Duty sleeps a lot—in fact, that's just about all he does. He gets up at 7am, wanders about the hold for a couple of hours, goes up to the crew deck for breakfast at 9am for an hour, then goes back to bed in the hold for the rest of the day. He awakens again at 9pm to eat dinner for two hours, then it's back to bed for the night.

Sleeps-on-Duty wears a quilted doublet, tan linen pants, and thick cowhide shoes, and carries a moderate amount of gold.

Since Sleeps-on-Duty is asleep most of the day, he has very little to say.
