Vorka skulks in the shadows

Vorka is a Nord commoner who is currently staying in the Plague House, a free clinic at the eastern end of the Docks.

He wakes up at 8am and eats breakfast for two hours, then spends the day restlessly wandering around the building. At 6pm, he sits down to eat dinner for two hours, then resumes walking around until 10pm, when he goes to bed.

Vorka wears a sack cloth shirt and pants, with no shoes; he carries a loaf of rye bread and two apples. He occupies a bunk bed on the upper floor of the Plague House.

Vorka suffers from a condition that makes him hear voices constantly: "Can you help me?! You got to help me?! You can't help me! Of course you can't! No one can!" If you tell him to calm down, he refuses: "I can't calm down! Not now! Not soon! Not even later! They won't let me! The little men! It's never quiet, they're always yelling! Yelling in my head!"
