Is there a source for Red King meaning Tiber though? Searching it up, 'Red King' appears in-game only in this commentary. I can't find anything that correlates them. Mindtrait0r (talk) 14:03, 21 November 2022 (UTC)

Tiber terraformed Cyrodiil away from the jungle it was into the plains and forests we see in Oblivion. That’s what the passage refers to in "Witness the home of the red-king once jungled" Dcking20 (talk) 14:41, 21 November 2022 (UTC)
