Appendix C: Dead Links

Many of the links in "Appendix C" are old or broken. Should we contact the author(s) to update it or delete the dead links? I'm worried for the potential for one of the domains to be malware in 2020.

I'm going to go ahead and put a warning that lots of the links are broken. I know a few of them aren't though as I clicked through a bunch of the links last night --Nymbus hustle (talk) 20:06, 11 February 2020 (UTC)
