Problem

Consistent crash when entering Sheograth Palace during the main quest question: The Prince of Madness.

Cause - RGO Conflict

Some conflict with RGO.

Solution: Temporarily disable RGO until after completing this quest, and then you should not have further conflicts with RGO.

Cause - A-bomb Side Effect

This is a possible side effect of the animation bug (a.k.a A-bomb) that occurs after playing the same profile upwards of some number of hours (possibly 200).

Solution: If you use Wrye Bash, apply Bash's A-bomb fix to the save by right-clicking on the save in the 'Saves' tab and choosing the option from the context menu.

Solution: If you do not use Wrye Bash, download and run the Oblivion Animation Fixer.
