Oblivion Mod:PCS Library/Crashing trying to enter Bruma

Problem

Oblivion crashes when you try to enter Bruma.

Cause - LO Changes

Custom mods installed when the PC's Bruma statue was erected have been removed from or moved in the LO. This could be a race change, switch to or away from a custom race, or removing an item mod of an item that had been equipped.

Solution: Use the Bruma statue fix mods to try to kill and update the statue. Kill it first; then update it.
