Problem[edit]
Windows throws an error about getDeviceCaps().
Cause - DirectX 9c Needed[edit]
Either an older version of DirectX is installed, or the version of DirectX installed does not include the needed DX9c DLLs.
Solution: Install DirectX 9.0c.
