Oblivion Mod:PCS Library/Land textures are tiled, purple, mini maps of Oblivion's Imperial City

Problem

Land textures in the game are rendered as tiled, purple, mini maps of Oblivion's Imperial City.

Cause

This is a result of Oblivion's shaders being corrupted. The cause is unknown, but it seems it can happen on any setup.

Solution: Reinstall the Oblivion's official shaders. If you do not have a backup, download them from TESNexus.
