The Black-Moon Clan Camp is a small camp inhabited by members of the Black-Moon Clan of Reachfolk found just northwest of the Arkthzand Great Lift. The ritual stone at this camp is dedicated to Namira. Reach Witch Chant is located on the western side of the camp, beneath a wooden shelter.
