Commander Morteth

Commander Morteth is a Maormer who is leading the Storm Shark forces at Wasten Coraldale. They have overrun the island and are setting up defenses in advance of larger forces to ambush the Dominion's navy.

When you and Curtaros are using a ballista to attack the Maormer ship, he will be the last soldier to come and attack you. He uses warpriest class abilities, though with shock damage instead of magical damage.
