Curtice

Curtice is a Breton warrior and architect who can be found in Silvenar once the city is restored. As an admirer of grand structures he decided to search for inspiration in various prominent places of Tamriel. Before coming to Valenwood, he has visited the White-Gold Tower in Cyrodiil. He hopes to gain the Thalmor approval to travel to the Summerset Isles to see the Crystal Tower.

Dialogue[edit]

Natural forms of Graht-oak architecture made a big impression on him. You can overhear him thinking out loud:

"Floating bridges with wooden couplings? I've never see anything like it!"
"Natural form functions as a tower. Truly marvelous!"
"I'd need a pliable material, strong as rock … but with a give like wood."
"Design are coming to me faster than I can write them all down …."

If you choose to approach him, he will tell you about his trade and his search for inspiration:

"Exquisite, isn't it?"
What's exquisite?
"The Great Tree, of course! You know … the massive tree we're standing under. It easily towers over Daggerfall Castle. Simply magnificent!"
Aren't you a little far from home?
"Yes, exactly! You see, I'm an architect by trade. The structures in High Rock lack finesse. I came here for inspiration and found it!"
Where else have you been?
"I've seen the White-Gold Tower in Cyrodiil. My next stop is the Crystal Tower on Summerset, if the Thalmor allow my passage. What can I say? I love grand structures!"
