Dialogue

When you arrive in the Earthen Root Enclave you will find several Storelore Circle druids dead and Archdruid Devyric taunting Druid Laurel and Druid Lyam.

Archdruid Devyric: "We'll kill anyone who gets between us and our prize. That's your last warning, Laurel."

Druid Laurel: "We invited you in. We welcomed you!"

Druid Lyam: "The seed, we can't let him take it!"

Speaking to him before Laurel:

"That bear, it could have killed me with one swipe!"

Lyam will have been injured before you arrived:

"Spirit! Attacked by the Firesong druids. I know they follow a different path to the True Way, but this? This can't be the path Y'ffre wants."

After defeating the Corruption of Root, Druid Lyam will arrive with Druids Gwyssa, Enrick and Perielle to begin the cleansing of the Spirit of Root:

Druid Lyam: "We have to cleanse the Spirit of Root. Find Laurel!"

Talking with Druid Lyam:

"Go! Follow Druid Laurel. We'll cleanse this spirit.
Archdruid Devyric's caused a lot of damage. We can't let him take the seed from us as well."

Where's Archdruid Devyric taking Druid Laurel?

"To the Dais of Skytremor, if they can make it through the Path of the Salt Wind. I never go out there. The spirit is too loud and the cliffs … it feels like one strong gust could push me off the rocks.
I stay underground, where I know my footing."

Why's Archdruid Devyric taking Laurel to the Dais of Skytremor?

"The Spirit of Air can repeat anything that's spoken aloud. All Archdruid Devyric has to do is focus the spirit on Druid Laurel and it will know where the seed is.
If they make it there, all of this death and sacrifice will be for nothing."
