Hrotanda Vale

Hrotanda Vale is an Ayleid ruin in northwestern Cyrodiil, east of Fort Rayles. The door has been recently boarded shut, as evidenced by the saw and workbench right next to it. A copy of Daedra Worship: The Chimer is found atop the sealed entrance.
