Tulnir

Tulnir is a dragon priest serving as one of the bosses of Labyrinthian. He spawns in the exterior area, in the northeast corner of the ruins.

Skills and Abilities

Shock

A basic ranged attack dealing high shock damage.

Thunder Thrall

Tulnir teleports to you and summons a bolt of lightning that strikes a large area around itself. This attack does very high shock damage to all targets as indicated by the red circle.

Agonizing Bolts

Tulnir lowers his hand to the ground and lets loose several traveling shocking clusters, indicated by small red circles, dealing high shock damage each.

Concussion

Tulnir channels a spell, sending out a shocking storm, indicated by a large red circle, dealing very high shock damage, and knocking targets away. This can be interrupted.

Lightning Storm

Tulnir raises his hands up, creating a massive field around him, indicated by a very large red circle, dealing continuous high shock damage to targets. This cannot be interrupted.

Summon

Tulnir slams his staff into the ground, summoning a storm atronach to assist him.

Dialogue

When you enter combat, he will shout:

Tulnir: "I will kill you!"
