Vintheel is an Argonian warrior found in Bright-Throat Village. He can be seen during the related quest in Tree-Minder Pavu's House, standing guard behind Haxara's child as the healer Jasaii takes a look at her.

Vintheel cannot be spoken to, but he has dialogue if you choose to exile Haxara. He will urge her along when you exit the Tree-Minder's House.
- Vintheel: "We should really get moving, Haxara. I can escort you to Lilmoth."
- Haxara: "Just give her space. She's afraid. We'll be gone soon enough."
