Non-hostile Drascua?

Came to kill her for the Razor pommel for the 427th time, and for the first time ever, she wasn't hostile. I was wearing the Grey Fox Cowl and she showed as blue on the way up while everyone else in the place was red. I could walk right up to her and stare her in the face and take stuff from her altar and she didn't react, though there was no way to initiate dialog and she didn't say anything. So I just ganked her from behind in stealth and took the pommel. It did not count as a murder in my crime statistics. The only other thing I can think of is that I had Voice of the Sky at the time (which makes animals friendly), but I don't think that affects hagravens, and it wasn't removed after I killed her like it is if you attack an animal.
