Doniphan Messor, the West Reach's ambassador in the Ebon Tower

Doniphan Messor is a Breton ambassador sent from the Kingdom of Evermore to represent the interests of the West Reach in Old Ebonheart, and by extension, Morrowind itself. He can be found in the High Rock Mission in the Ebon Tower, alongside fellow ambassador Esolde Venonne.
